EL BOSQUE: Triangular Geometry for a Design in Harmony with Nature

Amidst a natural landscape, El Bosque is conceived as a project that maximizes spatial efficiency through triangular geometry, making it the key to structuring the development. The design strategy is based on adapting to the irregular shape of the lot, replicating the logic of the triangle to create a network of green corridors and natural cores.

Here, architecture does not impose itself on the terrain but flows with it, allowing for a seamless integration of the built environment with the surrounding landscape.

Triangles That Organize Space

The design of El Bosque stems from an efficient geometric strategy, where triangles act as organizing modules that structure the layout of homes and green spaces. This planning approach maximizes the irregular shape of the terrain, turning its morphology into an advantage, creates a replicable modular system that ensures a fluid and harmonious organization of the community, and optimizes connectivity so each home has direct access to green corridors.

Through this logic, the project ensures that every corner maintains a balance between built and natural spaces, fostering an immersive living experience within the landscape.

A Sustainable Habitat Based on Nature’s Geometry

Living in El Bosque means being part of a community where geometry and nature combine to create an efficient and sustainable environment. This design model uses natural patterns to structure a habitat that is harmonious, healthy, and deeply connected to its surroundings.
